Terms of Service

Welcome to Chasky, operated by Code Craft Nexus LLC ("Chasky", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the application, you accept these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chasky, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and Age

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use Chasky. This minimum age applies to the entire application, both to messaging and to financial features, and is consistent with our Privacy Policy and our Age Suitability Policy.

Financial features additionally require completing identity verification (KYC), which confirms that you are of legal age.

3. Use of the App

Chasky lets you chat, share content, and access wallet and payment features. You agree to use the app in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Chasky is not a bank or a financial institution. It acts as a technology platform that facilitates access to services provided by licensed external financial providers. Chasky neither holds nor manages funds.

4. Privacy

The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We use third-party services to analyze application usage and improve it; the full list and our practices are detailed in that Policy. You may object to this processing at any time from within the app, at Profile → Privacy.

5. Licence of Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

6. User-Generated Content and Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

You are responsible for the content you publish or share. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive conduct. It is prohibited to publish, send, or share content that:

• promotes hate, violence, or discrimination;
• constitutes harassment, threats, or abuse toward others;
• is sexually explicit or involves minors (see CSAE Policy);
• is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content, and to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, without prior notice where necessary.

7. Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking

We provide tools within the app to:

• Report content or conduct that breaches these Terms, from the conversation itself.
• Block any user, so they cannot contact you again.

You can also write to us at safety@chaskyapp.com. We review reports and act on them — removing content and suspending or expelling offending users — prioritizing safety cases and cooperating with the authorities where appropriate.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: use the app for unlawful purposes; impersonate others; compromise the security of the service; or engage in activities that harm other users or Chasky.

9. Termination, Suspension, and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may request the deletion of your account at any time from the app, at Profile → Account → "Delete my account", or at web.chasky.io/account/support.

As this is a financial service, deletion is not immediate: we verify your identity, close pending operations, and carry out the deletion within legal timeframes. Note that, due to regulatory obligations (among others, anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing), we may retain certain information for the periods required by law, even after your account is deleted. The rest is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or errors. We may modify or discontinue features.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chasky shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Chasky harmless against claims arising from your use of the app or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed, generally, by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to the overriding application of the mandatory rules on consumer protection, data protection, and financial regulation of the user's jurisdiction of residence.

For any dispute not submitted to arbitration, the parties submit to the competent courts of the Republic of Colombia, in accordance with applicable Colombian law.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by reasonable means. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the Terms in force.
