Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

Applicable Legal Framework

• Colombian Criminal Code (Law 599 of 2000), in particular articles 217, 217A, 218, 219, and 219A.
• Law 679 of 2001, the statute to prevent and counter the exploitation, pornography, and sexual tourism involving minors, as amended by Laws 1236 of 2008 and 1336 of 2009.
• Law 1336 of 2009, on the commercial sexual exploitation of minors in digital environments.
• Law 1918 of 2018, creating the Register of Disqualifications for sexual offences against minors.
• Law 1273 of 2009, on cybercrime.
• Directives and protocols of the ICBF, the National Police (DIJIN, Cyber Police Centre), and the Attorney General's Office.

1. Our Commitment

Chasky, operated by Code Craft Nexus LLC, maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or conduct related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The safety of minors is an absolute priority.

2. Definition of CSAE

CSAE includes, among others:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format.
• Grooming, harassment, or any attempt at contact with minors for sexual purposes.
• Solicitation, production, or exchange of sexual content involving minors.

3. Scope

This policy applies to all users and to all content and interactions within Chasky (chat, media, profiles, and any feature of the application).

4. Prevention and Detection

What we do today:

• In-app reporting, with categorized reasons, from the conversation and from the other person's profile.
• User blocking, with a list of blocked users available from your profile.
• Review of the reports we receive, with priority for safety cases.
• User education about our community standards.

5. Reporting and Escalation

Anyone can report concerning content or conduct:

• Using the in-app reporting tools.
• By email: safety@chaskyapp.com.

CSAE reports are reviewed with absolute priority.

We cooperate with the competent Colombian authorities — the Attorney General's Office, the National Police (DIJIN and the Cyber Police Centre), the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF), and the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce — as well as with international reference organizations (NCMEC, INHOPE), where the law requires it or where necessary to protect a minor.

Anyone may also turn directly to:

• ICBF Line 141, for reporting and assistance in cases of violation of minors' rights.
• Te Protejo (www.teprotejo.org), to report child sexual exploitation content online.

6. Enforcement Measures

Upon a confirmed violation, measures may include:

• Immediate removal of the content.
• Suspension or termination of the account.
• Notification of the relevant authorities and organizations where the law requires it.

7. Transparency and Updates

We review and update this policy periodically to reflect global best practices and applicable local regulations.
