1. Commitment
At Chasky, we have zero tolerance for any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse and exploitation. Our commitment is to create a safe environment for all users.
2. Definition of CSAE
For the purposes of this policy, CSAE includes:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Grooming, harassment, or exploitation of minors.
- Any exchange of sexually explicit material involving minors.
3. Scope of Policy
- Automated and manual moderation to detect and block prohibited content.
- Filtering and risk signals across images, videos, and messages.
- Education for users about community guidelines and prohibited behavior.
4. Reporting and Escalation
Users can report suspicious content or behavior via our in-app reporting tools or by contacting safety@chasky.io. Reports are reviewed as a priority. We cooperate with relevant authorities and international organizations when required.
5. Enforcement Actions
- Immediate removal of reported and confirmed content.
- Suspension or termination of accounts involved in CSAE.
- Notification to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable law.
6. Transparency and Updates
We regularly review this policy to ensure it remains aligned with global best practices and local regulations. Significant changes will be communicated through our official channels.
