Chasky is not a bank, financial institution, or card issuer. We act solely as a technology platform that enables access to services provided by authorized third parties.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

To enable financial features within the Application (such as wallets, transfers, or cards), completing an identity verification process is mandatory.

Identity verification services are performed by authorized third-party providers, including Plaid, in order to comply with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML), and fraud prevention regulations.

Chasky does not independently verify identities and does not store sensitive verification data beyond what is strictly necessary to facilitate the service.

When you access financial features within the Application, certain data such as transaction-related information, wallet identifiers, and payment activity metadata are processed exclusively by licensed financial service providers, and not by Chasky.

Chasky does not hold, store, or manage user funds. All financial operations are executed and regulated by duly authorized third-party financial institutions.

  • Licensed financial platforms that provide wallets, transfers, and payment services, including OnePay
  • Card issuance services made available through our financial provider (which may indirectly involve third-party infrastructure providers such as Pomelo)

5.2 Identity Verification Providers

  • Authorized KYC and compliance service providers, including Plaid

5.3 Technology Service Providers

  • Cloud hosting, analytics, security, and customer support providers

All third parties are contractually required to protect your information and process it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
